Milos Island Adventure

4 Days

Day 1: Arrival & Sarakiniko

  • Morning: Bus to Sarakiniko at 10am for cliff jumping
  • Afternoon: Explore moon-like rock formations, some people pushing limits
  • Evening: Lunch at Yamos - 2 chicken gyros, watermelon pie was amazing

Day 2: Kleftiko Boat Tour

  • Morning: Bus to Paleochori, boat with 14 people - feeling lucky
  • Day: Gerakas Beach, Kleftiko caves (proposal, dragon, open cave), cliff jumping
  • Evening: Unlimited beers on boat, didn't make the most of it - maturity!

Day 3: Papafragas & Plaka Sunset

  • Morning: Bus to Papafragas caves - not too busy, swam around from beach
  • Afternoon: Walk to Pollonia 2.5km, lunch at Nama on beach
  • Evening: Sunset at Plaka - got off bus with heaps of people, walked to church

Day 4: Food & Farewell

  • Morning: O Hamos restaurant - knew 1.5h wait, bought red wine for beach chairs
  • Evening: Cheese 7 ways - saganaki with honey, cheese pies, stuffed eggplant
  • Night: Klima for sunset - beautiful in sunset light even when cloudy

Serifos Hidden Gem

2 Days

Day 1: Island Exploration by Car

  • Morning: Get car (45 euro/day), drive to Hora old town
  • Afternoon: Local café with no English - 2 iced lattes moved to shade
  • Evening: Psili Ammos beach with shady tree, lunch at Manolis Tavern

Day 2: Sunrise & Departure

  • Morning: Early sunrise at Agios Sostis - only people there
  • Afternoon: Return car, pastry bougatsie custard, coffee at Lazy Monkey
  • Evening: Ferry to Santorini with bakery snacks

Santorini Classic

Day 1: Arrival & Sunset

  • Afternoon: Bus to Thera, walk to accommodation
